French foreign language - FLE

French foreign language

Would you like to enroll in one of France’s top schools or universities? Finally be able to read “Les Liaisons Dangereuses” in its original version? Go work in one of New York’s (or London’s!) best restaurants? Then come learn French at Rennes Language Center.

Learn French at Rennes Language Center

The 5th most widely spoken language in the world, spoken on every continent, even rivalling English, French is the official language of 29 countries. To speak French can open the doors to a career in many international industries/sectors such as distribution, luxury goods, automotive, food industries to name a few. In terms of culture, French is the language of reference –just think, theatre, cinema, fashion, cuisine, dance, architecture ….to study at a French university or ‘grand ecoles’ and it is one of the six official languages of the United Nations. And of course French is the language of love! What better reason could there be to learn it?!

Learning outcomes in FLE in Rennes/at RLC

The RLC method is tailored to the needs, level and rhythm of the individual learner. Firstly, a teacher analyses the level of spoken French in order to target the learning method best adapted to the individual’s needs and learning style. Following this analysis learners will work either in pairs or in one to one lessons with a teacher. Our method consists of communicative activities which help develop listening skills, intuition and the reflexes necessary to consolidate the lesson content. In addition, exercise filled manuals are provided to guide you throughout your training.

Native speaking Teachers

Our French language program is taught by native French speakers with a passion for both language and the French culture.  This is in line with our policy that all teachers at Rennes Language Centre are native speakers of the language they teach.  We ensure that all teachers have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience and a natural aptitude and enthusiasm for pedagogy.
